WAOW! First time ever trying out a deep fried insect (mole cricket in this case) and I wasn’t quite expecting the twist in flavour towards the end 😱
I was more focused on the texture at first, like how a mole cricket would feel like in my mouth. But then the taste and flavoring kicked in... mmmm! The insect is deep fried to a perfect level, the legs were especially crunchy like potato chips HAHA. Besides, the flavoring was done very well. It was spicy powder with just the right amount of sugar and salt. So all in all, this was great! I’m glad I tried it 🤣 Also, it may not be a bad idea eating this coz it contains a lot of proteins 🤪
